PYGA APPAREL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
INTRODUCTION
This policy deals with our policy and procedures with respect to Returns and Purchases and should be read in conjunction with our General Terms of Service.
Returns & Exchanges
In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective or not what you ordered, you should promptly contact us on +27 84 4694640 or email us at hello@pygaapparel.co.za with details of the product, order details and the specific defect(s).
We will contact you to establish further detail and if we agree to accept the return of your order, we will provide you with specific instructions on how to return the order to us.
Returns and exchanges need to be made within 10 working days of parcel delivery to be considered eligible for a refund or exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable period of time, as to whether you are entitled to a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be returned, along with proof of purchase in:
- Their original condition
- With original tags attached
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unscented
- Accompanied by the original packaging
Returns
Shipping charges are for your account, must be prepaid and are not refundable.
If you are entitled to a return, we will happily issue you with a Pyga Apparel Voucher which is valid for a 12-month period from the date of issue.
Exchanges
We only exchange goods if they are defective or the item differs from what you ordered. If we are in agreement that there is an error on our part, we will carry the shipping cost to return the item to us.
If you are eligible for an exchange, we will send you a replacement product.
Special Orders
Special Item requests are non-returnable unless the items are defective.
Exceptions
Some items are not refundable and not exchangeable. These include items that are specifically advertised and marked as such or those items that are offered on Sale.
Any exceptions are up to the discretion of Pyga Apparel management.
