Returns and Exchanges Policy

At PYGA Apparel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below.

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of the purchase date reflected on your proof of purchase.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
•       Unused, unworn and in its original condition;
•       Returned with all original tags and packaging intact; and
•       Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges requested more than 30 days after purchase.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received it. We will also confirm whether your return has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your spam or junk-mail folder for any correspondence from our returns team.
If you have not received an update or refund after this period, please contact us at julieh@boinvest.co.za and include your order details so that we can assist you promptly.

Exchanges
We will replace items only where they are defective or damaged on delivery.
If you believe an item is defective or damaged, please email julieh@boinvest.co.za with your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will contact you with the next steps and any information required to process the exchange.
